Why This Eye Device?
Designed for Better Under-Eye Contact
Effective EMS application depends on consistent contact between the conductive area and the skin. The 3D wearable structure and adjustable silicone straps help position the device closely around the under-eye area during treatment.

Two EMS Modes for Flexible Eye Care

GENTLE MODE

1 kHz Continuous Pulse
A gentle, consistent EMS pulse designed for a smoother stimulation experience.

JUMP MODE

60 Hz–1 kHz Variable Pulse
Alternating pulse frequencies create a more dynamic stimulation experience with changing intensity sensations.

3 Adjustable EMS Levels

LOW → MEDIUM → HIGH

Designed to Work with Conductive Skincare Products
For optimal EMS contact, use the device with a compatible conductive gel, aloe vera gel, eye cream or facial cream. Proper skin contact helps provide a more consistent microcurrent experience.

EMS Eye Care Device FAQ

1. Do I need conductive gel with an EMS eye care device?
Yes. Apply a suitable conductive gel before using the device. The conductive medium helps maintain contact between the EMS pads and the under-eye area. Without it, you may feel little or no microcurrent sensation.

2. Why can’t I feel the EMS microcurrent under my eyes?
First, make sure conductive gel has been applied and the device fits closely against the under-eye area. Secure the silicone strap, gently press both sides against the skin for about 10 seconds, and check for a microcurrent sensation. If it still feels weak, try another mode or increase the intensity.

3. Why does the EMS feel stronger on one side than the other?
Microcurrent sensation can vary between the left and right sides because facial muscle size, density and individual sensitivity are not perfectly symmetrical. It is therefore possible to notice the EMS sensation earlier or more strongly on one side.

4. How does the silicone strap improve the fit of the eye device?
Face shapes and sizes vary, so the included silicone strap helps secure the device and maintain closer contact with the under-eye area. This is especially useful when the device feels loose during treatment.

5. Does this EMS eye massager have a vibration function?
No. The device does not use mechanical vibration. It combines EMS microcurrent and red light therapy. During EMS treatment, small muscle contractions or pulsing sensations may sometimes feel similar to vibration, but they are produced by microcurrent stimulation rather than a vibration motor.

6. How long is each EMS under-eye treatment session?
The device has a built-in 10-minute timer. It automatically stops and powers off after 10 minutes, making treatment time easy to control.

7. How often can I use the EMS eye care device?
The product documentation recommends using it 1–2 times per day, with at least 6 hours between sessions.

8. Why are the EMS contact pads black?
The black silicone contact pads contain carbon powder to provide electrical conductivity. Standard silicone is non-conductive, so this conductive material is necessary for transmitting the EMS microcurrent. A small amount of black residue may occasionally appear when the pads are used with gel.

9. How long does the EMS eye device take to charge?
The device uses a 180mAh rechargeable battery and takes approximately 90 minutes to fully charge. With daily use, the documentation indicates that charging is typically needed about once a week.

10. What do the charging indicator lights mean?
During charging, the red indicator flashes. When charging is complete, the green indicator remains on. If the device has not been used for 1–2 months and does not initially respond to charging, the documentation recommends charging it for at least 3 hours to reactivate the battery and charging it at least once a month during storage.

11. Can this EMS eye care device be customized for private label brands?
OEM/ODM customization is available for beauty brands, distributors and private-label projects. Contact us with your logo, packaging and order requirements for available customization options.

12. Can I order an EMS eye care device sample before bulk production?
Yes. Samples can be evaluated before moving forward with an OEM/ODM project. Contact us for current sample options, pricing and delivery information.

13. What information should I provide for an OEM/ODM EMS eye device quotation?
Please send your target quantity, market, logo or branding requirements, packaging requirements and any product customization needs. Our team can then recommend the appropriate project solution.
